At Estate Snaps, we strive to provide outstanding service and high-quality real estate photography that meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with our services. Below is our Refund Policy to clarify our procedures in such cases.

Conditions for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to deliver the promised services on the scheduled date, a full refund will be processed.
  • Quality Issues: If the photographs do not meet the quality standards as outlined in our service agreement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the images. We will evaluate the issue and determine if a partial or full refund is warranted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the specified time frame.
  2. Provide details of your transaction and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Include any relevant documentation, such as contracts or communication, to support your claim.

Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
